Structured Cabling Systems built with Gtlan products meet and exceed established specifications and support the application applications demanded by today’s communication systems.

Thanks to our confidence in the quality and durability of our products, we offer our customers a 25-year warranty, which ensures a reliable, high-performance infrastructure and a secure and profitable long-term investment.

What type of products does it apply to?

Warranty applicable to systems built under the following TIA-568 and ISO/IEC 11801 standards:

- Category 3/Class C
- Category 5e/Class D
- Category 6/Class E
- Category 6A/Class Ea
- Category 8/Class I (Cat 8.1)
- Class II (Cat 8.2)

And applicable to systems tested according to ISO 14763-3, EN 61280-4-1 and EN 61280-4-2: OM1, OM2, OM3, OM4, OS1, OS2. The Gtlan products included in a Structured Cabling System (SCE) are all passive products marketed in the current Gtlan catalog: cables, connectors, panels, patch cords, pigtails, racks, etc.

What are the requirements?

The requirements to qualify for the extended warranty are minimal with the Gtlan brand:

The SCE installation must consist of new Gtlan products or previously approved products of other brands.
The personnel installing the equipment must be qualified, no specific Gtlan brand qualification is required.
Provide informative documentation and certification of the work.

All Structured Cabling System products covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced when defective in workmanship or deteriorated by normal use of the system.
